While working on projects funded by the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), Ricketts sought to avoid the possibility of duplicating work, or becoming an accidental blocker to the process.Some of the time, we find ourselves having to fix work that has been poorly conceived and carried out because of this way of working.
